Job Responsibilities
- Drive sales and business development.
- Create strong business relationships with prospects and existing customers
- Build and maintain a constant/future revenue pipeline
- Develop and leverage executive relationships required for your success.
- To understand customer requirements, Network Infrastructure and propose relevant security solutions to Customer.
- Proactively prospect for new business opportunities, crate up-sell opportunities.
- Exceed quarterly and annual sales/bookings targets and maximize short term revenue
- Keep knowledge up to date of the Security market and maintain good working relationship
- Recommend the most suitable solution according to the customer's requirements
- Maintain an accurate overlaying forecast of business opportunities and bookings/signings in your assigned geography
- Prepare and give regular business reviews to the management team highlighting attainment progress and challenges to closing business
- Regular updates of CRM
- Manage leads in a timely manner
- A self-starter with a consultative sales approach who is pro-active in increasing sales revenue
- Must be result-driven, have strong analytical skills and be committed to creating new business opportunities
with key customers, partners and OEMs. This is a field role. Candidate should be willing to work extensively on field-meeting customers, partners and OEMs.
Qualification criteria
- Understanding of Cyber Security and Knowledge of Cyber Security A proven track record in consultative selling.
- 5+ years of cyber security with Cloud /IT Infra sales experience.
- Self-motivated and 'Whatever it takes' attitude to assist in closing a deal and deliver above quota results.
- Prior experience of selling Security products must Basic technology knowledge on security and IT industry
- Must have exhibit sound oral expression and comprehension, negotiation, listening, and reasoning skills
- Demonstrated ability to think strategically and develop/execute corresponding objectives.
- Strong verbal and written communications, as well as the ability to work effectively across internal and external organizations.
- Experience getting into and successfully interfacing with “C” levels.
- Business development , account management skills , written communication skills , organizational skills , reasoning skills
- Technical Degree.
- Travel as needed.
